Abstract 

(a) Refractive index and (b) extinction coefficient spectra of Ge2Sb2Te3S2 (GSTS) measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry in the wavelength range from 200 nm to 2500 nm.

Instructions: 

The first column of the dataset shows the optical wavelength.

The second and third columns are the refractive index and extinction coefficient of amorphous GSTS, respectively.

The fourth and fifth columns are the refractive index and extinction coefficient of cubic crystalline GSTS, respectively.
