Abstract
Integer linear programming data on spatio-temporal degradation strategies for video rendering services in computing power networks
The emergence of various computing-intensive applications presents challenges of network congestion to computing power networks (CPN). Service degradation is an effective approach to addressing network congestion and overload by appropriately reducing service resource allocation to enhance network capacity. This paper formulates an integer linear programming model and proposes a level-aware service degradation algorithm for the QoS-assured degradation problem in CPN. Flexible allocation of resources in spatio-temporal dimension during network congestion improves the network revenue and reduces the blocking probability by 20%.
