Abstract

The data include lesion-level response data for 770 lesions from 39 lymphoma patients, IPI scores, and clinical outcome data. The data set also includes VOI masks for lesions and the original images. Lesion VOI masks (in DICOM) were manually set up on diagnostic computed tomography: dCT, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (FDG-PET/CT) images: PET/CT, and low-dose CT from PET/CT acquisitions: lCT. The corresponding images within the VOI were also provided (in DICOM). Lesion masks from images (CT, PET-CT and PET) will save much time for other researchers to localize the lesions or analyze lesion features; the lesion response outcome and the patient outcome can also facilitate other researchers on their work in lesion treatment response research.

Instructions:

Lesion VOI masks (in DICOM) and the corresponding images within the VOI were provided (in DICOM) in two separated folders for dCT, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (FDG-PET/CT) images: PET/CT, and low-dose CT from PET/CT acquisitions: lCT. Lesion response was saved in the same excel file as that for patient level outcome with the patient age, gender and IPI scores.
