Dincer Inanc Yilmaz received a B.E. degree in civil engineering from the Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Istanbul, Turkiye in 2011 and an M.Sc. degree in construction management from ITU in 2014. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in construction management and structural engineering at ITU.
