Are there any active coupons to get a free Individual Subscription or a free Open Access Upload?

As of 2022, there are no coupons available to individuals for free individual subscriptions or free Open Access uploads. IEEE DataPort offered coupons during the initial period of implementation for IEEE DataPort, but those coupons are no longer available. Individuals can subscribe for just $40/month and the minimum period of subscription is just one month. Individual subscriptions are free for IEEE Society members. Open Access dataset uploads can be made by any individual and at a cost of $1950/dataset. Non-Open Access dataset uploads (Standard Dataset upload) can be made for free at any time.
