Abstract
The public dataset used in the manuscript "Deep Clustering for scRNA-seq Data by Local and Global Graph Structure Fusion".
Instructions:
The datasets prefixed with "QS" and "Qx" are mouse cell datasets obtained using the Smart-seq2 and 10X Genomics sequencing platforms, respectively. The Zeisel dataset and Romanov dataset are data obtained through the Illumina sequencing platform. The Muraro dataset is human pancreas data and the sequencing platform is CEL-seq2. The Pollen dataset is single cell data obtained by microfluidics. The Young dataset is kidney cell data obtained through 10x Genomics.
