Abstract: 

This dataset includes the head part of VCH images of human corpse head and a 3-D voxelized head model created by the images. Tissue type and optical properties for 850nm incident light is included in a single .mci file.

Instructions: 

Content:

1. VCH_4

this file is a ASCII file contenting the 3-d tissue type structure squeezed in 1-d array. Optical properties and other structure information can be seen in .mci file

2. vch_4.mci

this file is input file for MCVM and aMCVM Monte Carlo simulation tools. It contains the structure and optical property information.

3. folder original figure

it is part of the original pictures of Visible Chinese human dataset
