Abstract 

Standard dataset of the Tennessee–Eastman (TE) process.

The overall process consists of five operating units: reactor, condenser, vapor-liquid separator, recycle compressor and product stripper.

It has standard training and test data sets for soft sensor, fault detection and diagnosis, fault  classification, etc. Each data set is under different operating conditions.

 

Instructions: 

Based on actual chemical reaction processes, Eastman Chemical Company in the United States has developed an open and challenging chemical model simulation platform - Tennessee Eastman (TE) simulation platform. This platform generates data with time-varying, strongly coupled, and nonlinear characteristics, which is widely used for testing control and fault diagnosis models in complex industrial processes. The entire TE dataset consists of a training set and a testing set. The data in the TE set consists of 22 different simulated running data, with each sample in the TE set having 52 observation variables. d00.dat to d21.dat are training set samples, and d00_te.dat to d21_te.dat are testing set samples.
