Abstract 

Stair ambulation of 21 healthy subjects collected in Monash University for validating gait phase detection algorithms. raw text files and matlab data files are included. 

Instructions: 

For individual subject data

 

The raw data text files are named in the format of "initial_activity_time"

The Matlab files contain all raw and processed data and are named in the format of "initial_activity_time"

The data are separate by the date the are collected. Please check the README.txt in each folder to find the variable names for the column of the data

All data is extracted and processed with MATLAB 2018a 

MATLAB script may be different in a different folder, try to use those stored within the same directory of the data to process the data

Please run the script in this order, ImportAlldata.m -> plotgraphs_date.m ->dataAnalysis_date.m ->manual_analysis_date.m. note that use the script with the newest date

 

For intersubjects

in folder intersubject-vv

"subject_profile.xlsx" contains the profiles of all 21 participants

"intersubject_mean_SD.xlsx" contains the calculation of pooled mean and SD
