This dataset contains the measurement data associated with the manuscript "Optoelectronic Oscillator Based on a Silicon Microring Modulator".
Instructions:
This dataset contains the measurement data related to Fig. 2 (optical spectra), Fig. 4 (3dB bandwidth), and Fig. 7 (RF spectrum and phase noise) in the manuscript. The data related to Fig. 3 is derived from that in Fig. 2(b). Fig. 5 is a direct screenshot from the oscilloscope.
