Abstract 

In order to test the performance of the proposed sensor, the measurement error of the original sensor is tested.In addition, error test, stability test and repeatability test are carried out for the optimized sensor.

Instructions: 

Data set including the sensor original data within the scope of 0 ° to 360 ° ,the measurement errors after multi-probe structure optimization within the scope of 0 ° to 360 °,the Final errors of the sensor within the scope of 0 ° to 360 °, the sensor poisitive repeatability data,  the sensor negative repeatability data, and the sensor stability data.
