This data is used to train ML based SINR predictor. You can use mat file.
File Format As follows
'all_pilots','SINR_vals','distances','shadowings','positions','betas'
where SINR_vals are SINR values to all base stations. these are output values. you can predict these values wrt pilots and betas (compressed version H channels) or use distance and shadowing whic are the subcomponents of beta values
