Abstract
These are three sets of simulated echo data generated by Matlab. The first set of echo data comes from a surface target with a size comparable to a 2-D MIMO array, but with a center point offset from the array. The second group contains three echo data from point targets. The first packet is a point target within the physical size of the array, the second packet is a point target outside the physical size of the array, and the third packet is the sum of the first two packets. The third set of echo data comes from a surface target whose center point coincides with the array, but whose area is four times that of the array.
Below are the simulation parameters used to generate the data:
Radar system: FMCW
Center frequency: 140GHz
Bandwidth: 20GHz
Number of frequency points: 256
Number of launch array elements: 100
Interval between launch elements: 0.001525333901692457
Number of receiving array elements: 100
Receiving element interval: 0.001525333901692457
Target z-direction distance for simulation 1: 0.223966045283203
Target coordinates for simulation 2: (0.0694, 0.0694, 0.224) m and (0.0801, 0.0801, 0.224) m
Target z-direction distance for simulation 3: 0.223966045283203
