Abstract

We conducted a randomized controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of a brain-computer interface ( BCI ) -based visual and motor feedback motor imagery therapy system on cognitive, psychological and limb movement in hemiplegic stroke patients. We recruited more than 100 patients and randomly divided them into three groups : conventional treatment group, MI group and MI group based on brain-computer interface. The data set contains the evaluation data of these three groups of patients before and after treatment. Before treatment, we provided each patient with relevant instructions and obtained their informed consent.

Instructions:

The data set contains three XLS files, each of which corresponds to the evaluation data of a group of patients, and their formats are the same. The first line of each XLS file is the title line, which contains multiple titles, such as Age, Mini-Mental State Examination ( MMSE ), Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAM-D ) and Fugl-Meyer Assessment ( FMA ). Each title corresponds to the original data of the title category.
