Abstract
We can create ANN-based and SVM-based flip-flop timing models with the help of SPICE simulations. This dataset contains training/test samples obtained using SPICE simulation for creating/testing these ML-based models.
Instructions:
The dataset has five input features: clock slew, data slew, load, setup skew, and hold skew.
The output is C2Q delay for ANN-based model.
For the SVM-based modek, the output is 1 for correct data capture and 0 otherwise.
