Instructions: 

1.’linebus.mat’. Power distribution coefficients assigned to 489 buses for 12 key intra-provincial tie-lines are included in this file.

2.’pw_489.mat’. Data from five wind farms is included in this file. Each cell array corresponds to a wind farm, where columns 1-4 of a single cell array represent NWP wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, and air pressure, respectively, and column 5 represents the actual power. The time resolution of all wind data is 1 hour.

3.’pw_39.mat’. Data from two wind farms simulated in the modified IEEE 39-bus system is included in this file. Each cell array corresponds to a wind farm, where columns 1-4 of a single cell array represent NWP wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, and air pressure, respectively, and column 5 represents the actual power. The time resolution of all wind data is 1 hour.
