Abstract

This dataset contains 10 well-segmented 2D human brain numerical phantoms. And they are transformed from MRA imaging modality, which could be used for photoacousing imaging research and the related learning tasks.

Instructions:

The data format is .mat, which could be easily loaded into MATLAB or Pycharm. Just use a function like imagesc(), the 2D human brain numercial phantoms will be visualized. And each phantom is composed of 10 numbers: 0, the background; 1, white matter; 2, gray matter; 3, cerebral cortex; 4, corpus callosum; 5, extracranial plate; 6, intracranial plate; 7, skull plate; 8, blood vessel; 9, meninges.
