We have long known that the characterization of protein three-dimensional structure is key to obtaining a detailed understanding of protein function. Computational approaches to protein structure characterization have largely addressed a narrow formulation of the problem, where the goal is the determination of one structure, also known as the native structure, from a given protein amino-acid sequence. However, many researchers over the years have argued for broadening our view of proteins to account for the multiplicity of native structures.

The FLoRI21 dataset provides ultra-widefield fluorescein angiography (UWF FA) images for the development and evaluation of retinal image registration algorithms. Images are included across five subjects. For each subject, there is one montage FA image that serves as the common reference image for registration and a set of two or more individual ("raw") FA images (taken over multiple clinic visits) that are target images for registration.  Overall, these constitute 15 reference-target image pairs for image registration.

These data were taken from three oscilloscopes (Tektronix TPS 2014B, 2024B and MDO4104C) connected to an inductive power transfer system utilizing the three-phase to single-phase midpoint matrix converter with a free-wheeling switch. They were taken under various transient and steady-state conditions. The 4 attached ZIP files contain 21 CSV files in total, with its own README.txt describing the data and oscilloscope channel configurations. Additionally, each ZIP file is supplied with a MATLAB m-file script to plot the data.

  • Concentration data generated from filtration systems which treat influents, having contaminant materials, via adsorption process.
  • Streamflow height data collated for 50 states/cities in America for the historical period between 1900-2018.

Based on CPU and GPU platforms, the phase detection algorithm based on GPU has been verified by measured data for several times, and the phase detection results are obtained.

 

The datasets are some of the main phase value information of each baseline of the rotating phase interferometer before and after gPU-based FX cross-correlation algorithm.

Many companies, e.g., Facebook and YouTube, use the REST architecture and provide REST APIs to their clients. Likeany other software systems, REST APIs need maintenance and must evolve to improve and stay relevant. Antipatterns—poor designpractices—hinder this maintenance and evolution. Although the literature defines many antipatterns and proposes approaches for their(automatic) detection, theircorrectiondid not receive much attention.
