What is the difference between a "Standard Dataset" and an "Open Access Dataset"?

Standard Datasets are datasets that can be uploaded (up to 2TB) at no cost to IEEE DataPort and will be available only to those IEEE DataPort users who have a subscription to IEEE DataPort.

Open Access Datasets are datasets that are currently free to upload using coupon OPENACCESS1, but in the future there may be an associated cost for uploading and Open Access Dataset.  Open Access Datasets are always freely accessible to IEEE DataPort (no subscription is required).  Many researchers need to upload their datasets as Open Access Datasets per funding agency requirements.
