Results of recent research lack coping with the rapidly demanding labor market and the know how to employ graduates of universities as a distinguished product in the labor market. The body of knowledge includes many empirical evidences on the unintentional focus on one side of brain functioning without having an equal focus on the other side of the brain functioning. This consequently is an input to the brain imbalance which has its negative impacts on the educational process.
