Abstract

This dataset is a combination of data collected from 1762 PCR amplification detection sets. Currently, the replication of genetic material during the PCR detection process is indirectly measured by measuring the illumination value of the assayed fluorescent probes. The number of amplification cycles is 45. The dataset includes the results of amplification of various DNA fragments and RNA fragments. Data types include negative amplification data, typical double ‘s’ positive amplification data, and other atypical PCR amplification data. The line shapes of atypical PCR amplification data include V-shaped, U-shaped, wave-shaped, baseline up, background-enhanced,and so on.

Instructions:

Each set of data is distributed in rows in the table and consists of 45 fluorescence values. Each fluorescence value represents the illumination value of the fluorescent probe collected after each PCR cycle. This data set can be imported individually or batch-wise into the model for qualitative analysis of PCR results and training of quantitative analysis methods.
